Stage 1 - Requirements Definition
Once you've decided that Graphiklab is the right company for your web, graphic, and creative needs, all projects go through a production cycle that we've formulate to attain the best results in the shortest time. Stage 1 of our production cycle is the Requirements Definition. This stage allows both Graphiklab and our clients to discover and define the project requirements.
During this initial stage, our objective is to clearly understand the requirements of our clients. We'll help you to break down what is crucially required and our project manager or creative director will be your dedicated point of contact for the complete project life cycle. The results at the end of stage 1 is a complete overview of of the project proposal, requirements and the development contract.

Stage 2 - Designing & Planning
With an agreement on requirement definitions being met, we now approach the planning & design compositions. This stage will produce blueprints or sitemaps, design samples and mockups, functional design, web architecture design, technical specifications, user interface design, and the database design. Utilizing our clients' feedback, we finalise the specifications forming a solid foundation for the project to build on.

Stage 3 - Development & Testing
Using the functional, technical and graphic design specifications, our team will start to develop and implement your solution within a test environment. This includes the construction of the database, programming integration of user interface and creation of user documentations. Clients are encouraged to review the progress at the completion of major components.

Stage 4 - Implementation & Deployment
After rigorous testing and quality assurance during development, the project is now ready to be deployed into a "live" production environment. Once approved, the completed solution will be moved into our client's environment, ensuring full consistency and compatibility. We also provide on-site training for your IT staff to manage and monitor your completed solution. After a successful handover, Graphiklab provides up to 6 months of free technical support (terms & conditions apply) for all codes and applications that we develop.
A maintenance plan or strategy can also be deployed at this stage to ensure consistent and timely updates on content, promotional materials or backups.
